Question - I am struggling at college, how can I get help?

Answer - Contact your Nital Training Advisor who will arrange a meeting with yourself and your college tutor. A support plan will be agreed to help you get back on track.

Question - I have lost my Functional Skills assignment, What should I do?

Answer - Contact Laurence Honey at Nital or your Training Advisor. A new assignment could be sent to you electronically 

Question - I am at risk of redundancy, what should I do?

Answer - Contact your Training Advisor immediatly, there are various support measures that could be beneficial to you.

Question - I don't understand how to reference my evidence in the portfolio

Answer - Don't worry! Discuss your concerns with your Training Advisor who will spend additional time to help you understand.

Question - I have nearly finished my apprenticeship. What can I do next?

Answer - Progression to the Advanced Apprenticeship may be recommended.  Discuss it with your Training Advisor who will arrange a meeting with your employer to identfy the options.

Question - I have almost completed my Advanced Apprenticeship. What can I do next?

Answer - Possibly Higher Education. Your Training Advisor will be happy to arrange a meeting with the Aim Higher coordinator and your employer to discuss your options.
