Role Description:

You will be required to provide support to the Helpdesk Team by maintaining the technical stores area and ensuring that the Technical Service Department is well equipped to provide the correct tooling to its engineers.

You will be effectively managing the allocation of tooling across the UK ensuring that it is in good condition & calibrated to allow efficient servicing & repair of equipment. Provide Technical Stores support, responsible for administrative processes surrounding equipment spare parts, tool storage & warranty returns.  

Technically support Engineers & customers remotely to ensure that equipment is returned to an operational condition and become a subject matter expert in a specified product range. Understand & apply troubleshooting techniques with the use of wiring diagrams & technical drawings to identify faults and repair equipment remotely.  Attend customer sites where required to provide engineering support, fault finding & repair to product ranges.
