This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated training provider to assist with tasks which are essential to the day-to-day running and promotion of the business.

As a busy Training Provider, we are looking to bing in a keen, motivated individual to provide essential support to the Business in the following areas:

  • Creating social media content and posting across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In
  • Manage and update the NITAL websire with blog posts and news stories
  • Update internal notice boards with relevant marketing materials
  • Create marketing materials such as posters / leaflets
  • Manage all new Apprenticeship Applications and update statics on applicants on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for the initial engagement with apprenticeship applicants
  • Arrange assessments for suitable candidates  
  • Account Management - Engage with our member companies
  • Responsible for monitoring NITAL online portfolio reviews, monthly reports to be sent to trainer/instructors for upcoming and missed reviews
  • Record monthly off the job from in centre and workplace documents and identify the gaps
  • Managing incoming emails
  • First point of contact for incoming calls - keep a high level of Customer Service
  • Archiving learner information
  • Managing learners files
  • Subcontractor document management
  • Managing the subcontractor online portfolio for learner reviews
  • Process learner achievement certificates
  • Attend open evenings and carees events when required

Desired qualifications

GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in Maths, English and ICT.
