Instructor/Advisor Support

NITAL Training and Development is committed to providing a supportive and friendly learning environment for all students.

Whilst on programme with NITAL you will be allocated an instructor/trainer who will guide and support you during your apprenticeship. This member of staff will be your first port of call throughout your entire programme, regardless of how long that period covers. Visits will be conducted every four to six weeks to ensure progress is being made, a typical measure of compentency will involve observations in the workplace and a check of relevant knowledge. You will be expected to supply a record of evidence (portfolio) that proves your competence in your vocational qualification.

Submit your work directly to your instructor/trainer.
