  • How do I apply for an Apprenticeship on the website?

    You can go onto 'Apprenticeships' and then 'Apprenticeship Vacancies' and here you are able to filter our vacancies via job type and location. You will be given a full job description which you can then apply for.

  • What if there are no job opportunities for me straight away?

    If you cannot find a suitable opportunity on the website you can fill out our contact form and a member of staff will be in touch!

  • What if my application is not successful?

    If you do not get the job you apply for we will still put you forward for similar jobs in and around the same location.

  • What level of pay and holidays am I entitled to as an Apprentice?

  • I am struggling with my programme how can I get help?

    Contact your NITAL Trainer who will arrange a meeting with yourself and any relevant persons. A support plan will be agreed to help you get back on track.

  • I have lost my evidence, what should I do?

    Firstly, don't panic! Contact your NITAL Trainer as soon as possible and they would be able to assist you!

  • I have an issue with my training, what should I do?

    Contact NITAL and you will be re-directed to the relevant person for a confidential discussion.
