NITAL’s learners consistently achieve at rates well above the national average and have done so for a number of years, not only in the county of Northamptonshire but also nationally.
Having achieved a Grade 2 (Good) Ofsted in December 2016, we continue to offer a level of service unrivalled in the engineering and manufacturing training provision in Northamptonshire. Our programme delivery is robust, high quality and monitored for it's effectiveness .
All students studying with NITAL are given the best opportunity to succeed through strong pastoral support, development at the academy; in group sizes of no more than 15, thorough impartial advice and guidance and regular contact with occupationally skilled and competent delivery staff. For those on apprenticeships their instructor/trainer will visit them every 4 to 6 weeks in company.
It is essential we understand the starting levels of our candidates to ensure we match them to the most relevant pathways, either as an apprentice or on our full time engineering programme.
All parents and guardians are welcome to visit the training centre to talk to staff and clarify how their son/daughter are progressing.
